Decker Farm

Description

Decker Farm is one of the four sites that make up Staten Island's Historic Richmond Town, a living history village where visitors can experience colonial life firsthand. The small working farm, said to be New York City's oldest continuously working example of its type, is spread across 11 acres—structures include a farmhouse, chicken coop and large and small barn. Decker Farm offers visitors educational and public programming throughout the year, with the biggest highlight being its annual pumpkin-picking soiree in the fall.
