Farina
Description
If your Nonna’s kitchen turned into a popular pie shop, it’d be Farina. Nestled underneath the expressway, Farina brings the taste of Southern Italy through its irregolare-style pizzas. Each begins with a seven-grain dough, sourced both locally and from Italia itself. After toppings—some standard (Puglia meatballs, burrata), others less so (apricot jam, mashed potatoes)—it’s cooked to a crisp-yet-chewy perfection in a 160-year-old wood-fired Irish oven. Let’s just say, no crusts will be left behind. Closed Tuesdays.
