After opening Jam’It in 2019 and staying afloat during a turbulent year to follow, chef-owner Dawn Skeete remains steadfast about feeding her community. Drawing from her Jamaican roots, she fuses classic Caribbean flavors with those of other cuisines she grew up with, including Italian and Chinese.
