Zero Otto Nove - Arthur Avenue

Description

Chef and restaurateur Roberto Paciullo came to the United States in 1970, naming his trattoria Zero Otto Nove—or 089—after the area code of his hometown of Salerno, Italy. It’s a lot to live up to, but the restaurant does so by not only purchasing mozzarella on a daily basis from the famed Casa della Mozzarella, but also by serving the freshest ingredients on everything from traditional margherita pies to the bistecca alla Salernitana, with eggplant, sweet cherry peppers and pecorino.
